The race (VASA) that I planed on for my first race is coming up in 18 days. Originaly it seems so far away ! now it doesnt seem like I have enough time, I pushed too hard and set myself back in my training. I know I could run it now, but I wont to post a decent time not just finish, I want to be in the top 20. last years race had 177 entries, so I think that is a reasonable goal. Time to get serious about my training !
